MOROZ VITALY VIKTOROVICH
	1. General information Moroz Vitaly was born in 1971 in the Kharkov sity (Ukraine). The basic activity is the Lecturer of information technologies in the Kharkov Institute of Social Progress (KHISP). He is the author of 4 innovation educational disciplines which the first time introduced into educational process during of teaching the linguist experts.

The working course programs, methodical instructions on their study, methodical instructions and manuals on term paper and tests are developed during introduction of new disciplines.

In parallel with the basic activity he is: the active participant of the several creative work collectives organized on the basis of "Research and Technological Institute of Transcription, Translation and Replication", JSC, Executive Editor of the "Spacetime & Substance" International Physical Journal, the Teacher of disciplines "Insurance" and "Insurance services" in the "International Slavonic University ".

3) Development and creation of WEB-sites (the making HTML code and web-graphic).

4) Technique of self-organizing and development of the man, ways depuration and improvement of organism (the way of life on system of Paul Bregg).
